This is a massage that is determined by what needs treatment on this day. I pull from a variety of modalities to accomplish our goals for a balanced massage.
Areas that i pull from: Relaxation, Swedish, Trigger point, Neuromuscular therapies, Accupressure, Reflexology, and Healing touch.
Hot Stone Therapy
Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are used in addition to hands on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with just traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.
PEMF/FIR Therapy added during a massage
This incorporates the use of the TAJ Pro mat during a massage. Adding the PEMF and/or FIR therapies to the massage during the session.
Caregiver Massage
This listing is for those who are caregivers either as a profession or as a family caregiver to a loved one.
This is not different from therapeutic massage but the intent to care for those who take care of others in their lives.
